Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, but in order to respect our time & ensure availability for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Less than 24 hours notice: Your card will be charged 30% of the reserved service.
No-show: Guests who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved service.
We kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, allowing us to accommodate other clients.
